The price per unit of the Goods under the Contract includes the cost purchase of a unit of the Product by the Supplier on the electricity market one day ahead of the trading zone of the United Energy System of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Electric Energy Market), the services of the transmission system operator, which are necessary for the Supplier to fulfill the terms of this Agreement, and determined taking into account costs of the Supplier for forwarding documents, payment of customs tariffs, taxes, fees and payments, other costs incurred by the Supplier in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
