09130000-9 - Oil and distillates - Gasoline A-95. The quality of the delivered products must meet the technical requirements of DSTU, the A-95 Gasoline product is delivered in cards (coupons) with denominations of 10, 15, and 20 liters. Vouchers must be indefinite or with no expiration date less than 6 (six) months. Mandatory placement of a gas station in the city of Uzyn (Kyiv region) within a radius of no more than 10 (ten) km from the building at the address: str. Bohun Ivan, 57A., for the purpose of rational use of fuel and rational use of budget funds. The supplier supplies coupons for the entire volume. Procurement is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Public Procurement, taking into account Resolution of the CMU of October 12, 2022 No. 1178 "On approval of the specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation", as amended. During procurement procedures, all documents, which are prepared by the customer, are taught in Ukrainian. During the procurement procedure, all documents related to the tender offer and prepared directly by the participant are written in Ukrainian.
