Type of purchase: goods Classifier and its corresponding code: DC 021:2015: 09310000-5 — Electric energy for 2026, formula calculation, without distribution, 46,000 kW*h.; term of delivery (handover) of goods: up to and including December 31, 2026; place of delivery (handover) of goods — the Consumer's objects, the list of which is given in Appendix 3 of the Agreement;. the supplier under this Agreement does not have the right to demand from the Consumer any other payment for the supply of electric energy, other than that provided for in the terms of the Agreement. Supply of electricity energy is carried out according to the draft contract proposed by the Consumer.
