Purchase type: goods Classifier and its corresponding code: DK 021:2015: 15510000-6 — Milk and cream Delivery is carried out in accordance with the Buyer's orders (hereinafter - Applications). The supplier is obliged to deliver in 2 (two) separate batches within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of receipt of a written application from the Buyer, but no later than 30.06.2026 (depending on which date comes earlier), to the address (place) of delivery of the goods specified in Appendix 1 to the Agreement on the terms of DDP in the edition of the International rules of Incoterms (editions of 2010). The Buyer makes payment within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing of the invoice by the Parties and according to the invoice provided by the Supplier.
