The supplier is obliged to deliver 1 (one) lot, every month, during 5 (five) working days from the moment of receipt of the written application from the Buyer, but no later than 31.12.2026 (depending on which date comes earlier), at the address (place) of delivery of the goods: Vinnytsia region. Vinnytsia district, village Yakushintsi, st. Barvinkova, 5, on DDP conditions in the edition of the International Incoterms Rules (2010 edition). The Buyer makes payment within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing of the invoice by the Parties and according to the invoice provided by the Supplier.
