- The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of modular prefabricated units for the provision of health services, in Ukraine.The purpose of these modular prefabricated units will be to setup two different structures: Primary health care(PHC) and Emergency Medical Services (EMS). There should not be a difference in the structural component of the EMS and PHC structures, but rather in terms of function, design, and furniture. Given the volatile situation within Ukraine, both structures will most likely be required in areas at highrisk, in order to be in proximity of the population in need and reduce time of intervention. For this reason, WHO may require the supplier to deliver and install the structures in hard-to-reach areas of the country. Additionally, the need to adapt to the changing conflict scenarios and still maintain efficient services, implies that the structures will need to be flexible and easily transportable. WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in potential formal solicitation(s), via a Request for Proposal(s) (RFP), at a later stage, for the subject goods. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents. For now, this is a sourcing exercise to find prospect and technically compliant suppliers. Interested companies are required to fill out Annex A, Annex B and Annex C in the attached EOI document, providing all the requested information and documentation. These documents should be completed, signed and sent back to the following e-mail: EUROUKRBIDS@who.int.The deadline for submission of EOI is 02 February 2024 at 18:00 (Kyiv Time).
