Subject of purchase: 1. Name:- Hydraulic power cylinder 6437-3405010 - 1 pc. 2. Terms of delivery (INCOTERMS 2020): DDP - warehouse of the buyer. Transport costs for deliverythese goods to the destination are included in the price of the goods. 3. Terms of payment: upon delivery of all Goods within 30 calendar days. 4. Delivery term: within 30 calendar days from the moment of signing the Agreement, but no later than 12.31.2023 (depending on which event occurs earlier). 5. Warrantyobligations: the seller carries a full warranty for the period specified by the manufacturer, but not less than 12 months from the date of delivery. 6.
