Description:
Subject of purchase: 1. Name: Balancers in assembly 6505-2918005-02 1 pc.2. Terms of delivery (INCOTERMS 2020): DDP - warehouse of the buyer. Transport costs for the delivery of the goods to the destination are included in the price of the goods. 3. Terms of payment: upon delivery of all Goods within 30 calendar days. 4. Thermother deliveries: within 30 calendar days from the moment of signing the Agreement, but no later than 12.31.2023 (depending on which event occurs earlier). 5. Warranty obligations: the seller carries a full warranty for the period specified by the manufacturer, but not less than 12 months from the date of delivery. 6. Youto the Product: - The product must be factory-made, new, without traces and signs of working, repair, restoration, etc. - Product manufacturing date: no earlier than 2020, and for rubber products - the manufacturing date is no later than 12 months at the time of delivery. - Chips, cracks, mechanical damageelements during visual inspection are not allowed. - The product must be packed properly, in accordance with the regulatory document of the manufacturer, which ensures its preservation during transportation and storage. 7. Requirements for containers and packaging. Packaging must ensure no damage, integrity and completenessquality of the goods during loading and unloading operations, transportation and temporary storage until the moment of delivery to the Customer's warehouse. 8. Documents at the delivery stage: The goods must be accompanied by a passport and/or a quality certificate and/or a technical passport, etc.
