Subject of purchase: 1. Name:- Attached bench without a hanger - 4 pcs., size: not less than 1500x330x450 mm.,- Attached bench with a hanger - 1 pc., size: not less than 1000x355x1660 mm. 2. Terms of delivery (INCOTERMS 2020): DDP - buyer's warehouse. Transport costs for the delivery of the goods to the destinationincluded in the product price.3. Terms of payment: upon delivery of all Goods within 30 calendar days. 4. Delivery term: within 30 calendar days from the moment of signing the Agreement, but no later than 12.31.2023 (depending on which event occurs earlier). 5. Warranty obligations: the seller bears pexternal warranty, the term specified by the manufacturer, but not less than 12 months from the date of delivery. 6. Product requirements: - The product must be new. The year of manufacture is not more than 12 months before the date of delivery. - Date of manufacture: 2022-2023. - Chips, cracks, mechanical damage to elements duringvisual inspection is not allowed. - The product must be packed properly, in accordance with the manufacturer's regulatory document, which ensures its preservation during transportation and storage. - The product (packaging) must contain information in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, which allows: to identifyyou Product, its origin, production date. 7.
