Description:
Purchase object: Language (speech), which (in which) should be prepared by tender offers - Ukrainian, more in the tender documentation. The test offer is necessarily accompanied by providing in the form of electronic banking guarantee in the amount of 128 400,00 UAH (in the form of an electronic document), designed in accordance with the provisions on the procedure for implementing operations by guarantees in national and foreign currencies, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated 15.12.2004 No. 639. The main requirements for a bank guarantee: covered, irrevocable, unconditional, according to which the liability is carried by the bank. Enigned in the text of the bank guarantee signatory must coincide with the signatory, which imposed an electronic digital signature. In the event that the signatory is not the Chairman of the Board, the authority of the person who signs a guarantee must be confirmed by a scanned copy of the corresponding guarantor document (orders, etc.) with the imposition of an electronic digital signature of an authorist authorized person who signed a guarantee.
