Subject of purchase: Technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics (technical requirements for the product): 1. Gasoline A-95 compliance with DSTU 7687:20152. Diesel fuel compliance with DSTU 7688:20153. Liquefied gas compliance with DSTU EN 589:20174. The delivery of the Goods must be carried out by vouchers or scratch cards(validity period at least 6 months).5. The Participant is responsible for storing the Goods in the order provided for in the Agreement and loading or refueling the Goods in the Customer's vehicle or container (presenter of vouchers or scratch cards). 6. Location of the Customer's vehicle: CherkassyUEGG (Cherkasy Region, Cherkasy, M. Zaliznyaka St. 142), Smilyanske UEGG (Cherkasy Region, Smila, Sunkivska, 69), Kam'yansk District (Cherkasy Region, Kam'yanka Village, Zavodska Street, 6) , Talniv district (Cherkassia region, Talne city, 114 Nebesnoi Sotni str.), Zhashkivske UEGG (Cherkasia region, Zhashkiv, st. Myru 5a), Zolotoniske UEGG (Cherkasy Region, Zolotonosha, Heroiv Mariupolya St., 60B)7. Place of delivery of goods: Ukraine, Cherkasy region, gas station within 15 km from the address of the location of the Customer's vehicle. 8. The participant must own an extensive network of gas stations on the territory of Ukraine. 9. Tsina per product unit must have a discount from the retail price that was calculated at the gas station at the time of crediting the funds to the Participant's account, but not higher than the prices stipulated in the contract
