Description:
Purchase item: Purchase of fuel on the system Smart card fuel card ("liter wallet"). Requirements: 1. The participant must have a developed network of stationary gas stations (hereinafter referred to as gas station), which has at least 25 gas stations in Kyiv and gas stations throughout Ukraine, namely at least 3 (three) gas stations in each region and in the regional center inclusive (except temporarily occupied territories, and areas where hostilities go), on which the participant guarantees the refueling of the customer's vehicles. (Gas stations must be intended for refueling of vehicles, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of Rules of Retail Trade in Petroleum Products" of December 20, 1997 No. 1442). The participant must provide a list and location (placement) of stationary gas stations throughout Ukraine.2. The release of A-95 Euro5 gasoline should be carried out at all stationary gas stations of a fuel smart card a day, including Saturday, Sunday, holidays, holidays and non-working days as needed by the customer.3. The participant must include the entire amount of A-95 Euro5 gasoline on the customer's balance sheet and store it for at least 12 months.
