The delivery of the Goods can be carried out in one batch in the volume (quantity) determined by the terms of the Specification or by several batches, provided that both Parties agree on the quantity of the Goods in the batch. Goods are delivered on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by the Seller's vehicle, no later than 5 (five) working days from the day of receipt applications for the supply of goods in accordance with the order for the supply of goods provided by the Buyer. The term of delivery of the goods may be changed upon the agreement of the Parties, and a corresponding additional agreement is concluded to this Agreement.
