NGO "important" on a voluntary basis brings people together to improve the quality of life by ensuring gender equilibrium in society. The main purpose of the organization is to promote the protection of the rights and freedoms of women and girls, the development of women's leadership, the support of women's initiatives and to counteract gender -conditioned violence. The organization also actively involves women in public, political and economic life, provides psychosocial support and promotes the economic capacity of women. A specialist/specialist chosen, should hold a facilitated session consisting of a 2-day offline event of at least 16 hours in February 2025 on "Development of Fandering Strategy of the NGO" and conducting online consultations for revision and registration of the strategy. The result of a specialist/specialist should be a developed fundraising strategy of NGO "Important", which will help to establish the systematic work of the organization on financial capacity, to introduce new tools for attracting resources.
