Acutron CT injector Maintenance Services (MedTron AG Production): 1.1 Injection Maintenance Without Access to Electromechanical Units:
- Checking the turning point movements of the injection block;
- check of rollers, brakes for damage;
- check the initial position of the injector piston;
- check of the recipient (heating, mechanical damage);
- check the correctness of work, calibration of the sensory screen;
- Checking the correct operation of the control buttons injection;
Injection service with access to electromechanical parts:
- check the piston rod for free mechanical movement;
- verification of printed boards/connections for fastening strength;
- Checking mechanical parts on backlash;
- Checking mechanical parts on noises;
- check the sensor for the strength of the mount, correct adjustment, zero point;
- Checking the strength of screw mounting;
- Check the gear on free mechanical motion, friction, contamination between each teeth;
Special Measures:
