Description:
A tender was announced to determine the service provider for training/facilitation session "Analysis of the effectiveness of internal and external communications of Vinnitsa OCCPC" within the framework of the program "Building the potential of CSOs and OCCCC" (Isar of unity). The service envisages: - conducting an audit of the system of internal and external communication of Vinnitsa OCCCH. - Creation of SOP on the interaction between units to overcome internal communication gaps. - obtaining an analytical report on the state of internal and external communications in the institution, as well as specific recommendations for improving the situation. Development of templates and tools for monitoring communication efficiency. - conducting a training on the introduction of new internal communication tools for Vinnytsia.
