• Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the annual tender for the selection of a company for the purchase of cleaning services at the NOVUS logistics center. IMPORTANT: The tender is conducted in 2 stages: the 1st stage is the acceptance of offers; the 2nd stage is the reduction (bidding for reduction). The duration of the bidding is 30 minutes, in the case of active bidding, the reduction can be extended. Trublaini, 113 CONTENTSCleaning and maintenance of the territory OBJECTIVE OF WORK EXECUTION The result of the provision of cleaning services is the level of cleanliness determined by the assessment criteria, and achieved in accordance with the internal Standards, which are an appendix to this TOC. GENERAL INFORMATION Execution of a full range of works: cleaning the shopping center and the surrounding area. (description, terms of service, etc.) Conditions for cleaning the center and the surrounding area: STAGES OF WORK EXECUTION 1. To agree on the regulations for cleaning the LC and the surrounding area; 2. Agree on consumables: manufacturers and consumption rates and control.3. Agree on the type/brand of the used inventory and mechanisms. 4. Sign the Agreement, additions and specifications with the Customer's responsible employee; 5. Perform work; 6. Hand over the work to the Customer's responsible employee; 7. Signing acts acceptance-handover of completed works. REQUIREMENTS FOR EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS TO BE USED WHEN PERFORMING THE WORK, the proposal must provide a calculation of all consumables, machines and mechanisms. In the commercial sentence, schedules must be offered cleanings that ensure the required level of cleanliness.
