- Dear Sirs, NOVUS UKRAINE LLC invites you to take part in a multi-stage open form of procurement for the selection of partner companies for the provision of services for international cargo transportation of products. The purpose of the tender: forming a fleet of carriers and signing a contract for 2025. - 2026 Tender is held in 2 stages. The first stage: preliminary qualification of Participants according to the Qualification Questionnaire and answers to the Evaluation Criteria. According to the result of the first stage, the Participants will be sent a notification about the successful completion of the qualification and selection in accordance with the criteria, which will allow the selected Companies to sign an agreement with the Customer for the performance of international transportation. The second stage: within 12 months after the signing of the agreement, participating companies will be invited to participate in auctions/reductions conducted by the Customer on transportation routes on a daily basis. The winner of any reduction will carry out international transportation of products according to the winning route.
