Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of the company for the purchase and supply of tables for the dining room and cafe for the period of 2026. Objects: Novus and Mi-market, which are located in the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region (within 40 km) Qualification criteria: The tender participant must submit documents according to the qualification questionnaire given in Appendix 1 to this technical task. Requirements for the delivery of goods: The term of order fulfillment and delivery: no more than 14 calendar days from the moment of placing the order. According to the delivery schedule agreed with the Customer. The price of the equipment includes delivery, unloading, moving into the premises, assembly and arrangement according to the plan. The condition of delivery of the goods is DDPDelivery, unloading, installation and arrangement of the equipment according to to the address agreed with the Customer. Tender evaluation criteria. Full compliance of the participating company with sections 1 and 2 of this technical task. Terms of product financing 30% advance, 70% - after the delivery of the equipment and the signing of the expenditure documents by the parties invoices. Warranty 12 months.
