- Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to take part in the annual tender for the selection of a company for the purchase of cleaning services at NOVUS stores. THE PURPOSE OF WORK PERFORMANCE High-quality cleaning of the area near Novus from snow and its removal. GENERAL INFORMATION Performance of a full range of works: cleaning snow and its removal, and treatment with an anti-icing mixture. No. 2 LIST OF APPENDICES TO THE TECHNICAL TASK Technical task Contract Annex to the contract No. 1 (addresses of provision of services); Annex to the contract No. 2 (list services); PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE OF WORK Contract term of 12 months PAYMENT TERMS - payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of the work performed within 10 (ten) working days after the signing of the Act of work performed and receipt of the invoice; REQUIREMENTS TO THE CONTRACTOR - Statute of the enterprise, - Extract from the UDR, - Extract from the register of taxpayers, - Financial report for the last 2 (two) years in the form of F1 and F2, - Certificate from the servicing bank about the absence of debt to the bank for loans and mandatory payments, - on the condition that the Contractor supplies equipment as part of the project implementation, provide written confirmation (letter, certificate, dealer contract without commercial part, supply contract without commercial part, etc.) from the manufacturer of the equipment, in which he has indicate the name of the participant with a fixation of the level of partnership, - information about the availability of the material and technical base necessary for the performance of works, to provide in the form of a certificate on official letterhead, - provide information on the number of permanently working specialists certified to perform work in the form of a certificate on official letterhead, - Letters of recommendation regarding similar works/projects implemented; - Experience in performing similar works/projects at least 2 (two) years.
