• Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of the company for the purchase and installation of fire protection, video surveillance and security alarm systems at Mimarket stores. DDP of the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region (+40 km)1. General Provisions This TOR provides for the supply, installation and adjustment of complex security systems of the facility. All works and equipment must comply with the State Technical Regulations, building regulations and fire safety rules of Ukraine. 2. Specification of equipment and materials 2.1. Fire safety system and primary fire extinguishing means 2.2. Video surveillance system (IP) 2.3. Ajax security system (or equivalent)3. Requirements for performance of work Installation: Installation of equipment must be carried out according to the agreed location scheme. Cable networks: Laying the cable in corrugated pipe or boxes (according to the interior). Settings: Full initialization of cameras, setting up motion recording, connecting the Ajax system to the security panel (if necessary) and setting up remote access on the customer's smartphones. Training: Training of responsible persons on the rules of system operation. 4. Requirements for participants (Tender requirements) Availability of a license to conduct business activities for the provision of services and performance of fire-fighting purposes. Warranty period for equipment — at least 12 months. Warranty for completed installation work — at least 24 months. Provision of technical documentation and passports for all equipment. 5.
