- Dear Sirs, NOVUS UKRAINE LLC invites you to participate in the annual tender for the selection of a company for the purchase of rodent control and disinsection services in NOVUS stores. Object: Novus Ukraine LLC stores Qualification criteria: The tender participant must submit documents according to the qualification questionnaire listed in Appendix 1 to this technical task and upload to the tender site together with the commercial offer. Requirements for preparations: During the performance of disinsection and deratization works, the contractor must use means, preparations and accessories that are registered and allowed to application of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Means for disinsection and deratization must be selected according to the premises of the shopping center in which they will be used (warehouse, production, sales hall). The list of means for disinsection and deratization must be approved by LLC NOVUS Ukraine. During the agreement the list of means, the contractor provides documents in electronic form, after approval of the list - in the form of hard copies with wet seals. Preparation of working solutions, installation of baits, use of disinsection and deratization preparations is carried out in accordance with regulatory and other documents that establish the requirements for the relevant works. This methodical documentation is also transferred to the quality department at the stage of coordination of the list of means. Requirements for work: Representatives of the service company must carry out disinsection and deratization work. Planned work (in accordance with the TOR) The execution time is one working day. Night work is agreed additionally without changing the agreed price. In case of an urgent need to carry out work, the contractor must carry it out within 24 hours from the moment of notification from the object.
