- Dear Sirs, NOVUS UKRAINE LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the selection of a company for the purchase, supply and installation of a wall expo panel and components. Object: all objects of Novus Ukraine LLC Qualification criteria: The tender participant must submit documents according to the qualification questionnaire given in Appendix 1 to this technical task. Requirements for performance of works: Delivery period: during 2026. According to the conditions of need agreed between the Customer and the Supplier. The condition of delivery of goods and performance of work is DDP, the Customer provides a list of the order and information: delivery address, data on the contact person. Departure to the fact. measurement, drawing, delivery and installation at the Contractor's expense and is already included in the cost of the economic panel. The term of work is 5-7 days. from the moment of receiving the application from the Customer for the performance of work and the actual measurement. Keep a stock of shelves and hooks in the warehouse, which will be pre-ordered and paid for, and with each installation of economic panels, hooks and shelves will be delivered to the facility (quantity provided by the Customer) Tender evaluation criteria. Full compliance of the participant's company with section 1 of this technical task. Terms of product financing: Economic panel 100% - postpaid after signing the invoice Shelves and hooks - advance 30%, the balance 70% after signing the invoice. Pricing conditions.
