- Dear Sirs, Dear Sirs, NOVUS UKRAINE LLC invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a company to carry out repair work on the buildings and structures of Novus Ukraine LLC. PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTATION Maintenance of buildings and structures of Novus Ukraine LLC company's facilities in good condition GENERAL INFORMATION Implementation work on planned and ongoing repair of the objects of Novus Ukraine LLC is carried out according to requests from the Customer's representatives. LOCATION OF THE FACILITY of Appendix No. 1 (Store Addresses tab) to the technical task CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK (Description, operating conditions, etc.) the main ones services (including, but not limited to): The contractor must indicate in the estimate the brand, model and manufacturer of materials and products that will be used during the work, as well as provide technical information on these products. 3.2 The work must be performed in compliance with the requirements of DBN B.2.5-64:2012., DBN D.2.6-22- 2011., DBN D.2.4-17-2000 and DBN D.2.2-15-99.3.3 The contractor is obliged to use certified construction materials for the performance of works, which are included in the official list of products subject to mandatory certification in Ukraine, approved by order of the State Consumer Standard of Ukraine No. 28 dated 01.02.2005 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine under No. 466/10746 (with changes) dated 04.05.2005, quality certificates and sanitary and hygienic conclusions certified by wet seals of suppliers must be provided for all materials that will be used during repair work products. 3.4 The Contractor's employees who will be involved in the performance of work must have the appropriate qualifications and permits for this type of work. 3.5 The Contractor must have a valid license or permit to carry out this type of work, if this is necessary according to the current legislation of Ukraine. 3.6 During repair work, the contractor must ensure compliance with...
