Subject of purchase: Justification of the technical and quality characteristics of the subject of purchase. In order to ensure the provision of medical care to patients and effective treatment, the customer purchases the goods specified in the request for proposals from suppliers, since the specified goods according to theirexisting, medical characteristics will best meet the requirements and needs of the customer. Therefore, in order to comply with the principles of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" dated 25.12.2015 No. 922-VIII (as amended), taking into account Resolution No. 1178 dated October 12, 2022 "On approval of the features of public procurementprocurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the day of its termination or cancellation", the customer made a decision to purchase this particular product.
