Description:
Location: Vinnytsia region, Khmelnytskyi district, village. Salnik, vul. Garden, 1-A purpose of developing this system is to establish ACS sampling of grain from cars of grain trucks for two automobile scales. ASU is designed to control the sampling process in automatic and remote mode, displayInformation on the course of the process on the ARM of the operator, centralized storage in the database of technological parameters, emergency messages and actions of the operator. The ACS of the sampler should provide:  collect and process information coming from the camcorder, sensors and encoders.  monitoring the state of hydraulicand pneumatic sampling systems and information storage;  implementation of protection and blocking in case of emergency and emergencies;  implementation of preventive, technological and emergency alarm, registration of parameters, events and operations of operational personnel, archival management; the possibility of issuing information into adjacent automated systems;  the ability to receive information from adjacent automated systems;  minimizing the impact of the human factor on the selection process by applying automatic sampling control. Type of work:  Installation of a cabinet of managementsampling, sensors and encoders;  installing a support for video surveillance systems between the weights with the foundation (the arrangement of the location is added);  installation of video surveillance system;  software development. The term of work is: June 30, 2025.
