Description:
1. Description of the provision of services - acceptance of the Goods, unloading services, storage of the Goods in the warehouse and gasification of the Goods, loading of the goods, transportation of the Goods to the Customer's warehouse. 2. Periodicity - Carbonation of 1 container in portions, according to the order, in week 6 supplies per week of carbonated banana in the required degree of maturity according to the season. Physical indicators - according to the quality standards below (details in the attachment). Appearance: clean, devoid of any noticeable impurities; without fungal damage infection, without signs of drying; without insects, pests; without traces of damage by insects and pests; without damage caused by low temperatures; without extraneous smell and / or taste. Degree of maturity in the cold season OCTOBER-APRIL: 4 - 5 degree maturity in the warm season of the year MAY-SEPTEMBER: 3 - 43. number of gasses per month or year - when supplying a container (1 container - on average 1080 boxes), 1 container per week - 6 gasses (1080/6=180 boxes for supply for six days a week), 4 container per month.4. place, city, territory where gas supply is needed - Kyiv, Kyiv region in priority. Another area is possible, provided that the order is delivered on time. 5. guarantee conditions for gasification - the fulfillment of uninterrupted supply of the ordered quantity boxes of carbonated bananas according to quality standards. 6. requirements for the gasification contractor - fulfillment of the terms of the contract. 7. terms of payment - 100% postpaid with a 30-day payment delay.
