LLC MV Kargo conducts proposals among battery suppliers to the UPS, which results in a contract with the company for further cooperation. When submitting a proposal, please specify the term of deliverythe moment of receipt of the goods according to the invoice. We also ask to add information to the guarantee period. To check the enterprise and conclude the contract with the financial department requires the following information: . Excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (datedcurrent year). . Copy of the certificate of VAT payer . Statute . Certificate from the bank on the opening of the bank account. . Copy of 1-7 pages of the passport of the head of the enterprise, personally signed by the owner of the passport; . consent to processing personal data (see Annex) . Copya proxy representing the interests of the supplier / other documents certifying the authority of the director; . Balance and report on financial results for the last reporting year - certified by the seal of the enterprise with the inscription "Copy correct", signature of the authorized person or with a copy of the electronic receiptNo 2 about accepting the report; . a letter you do not cooperate with the Russian Federation.
