Description:
Subject of purchase: The delivery of the goods is carried out in one batch, to the address of the BUYER, the SELLER must deliver the goods in full by January 22, 2024 inclusive. Settlement under this Agreement is made by payment of the goods to the BUYER upon delivery of the goods within 60 banking daysfrom the date of receipt of the goods at the BUYER's warehouse as budget funds are received on the basis of the SELLER's invoices, duly executed invoices, acceptance certificates. In the event of a delay in the BUYER's budget funding and/or a delay by the authorities of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in implementingsettlement and cash service, calculations based on the fact of delivery of the goods are carried out within 5 (five) banking days from the date of receipt of allocations to the BUYER's registration accounts, and/or from the moment when the authorities of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine are able to carry out settlement and cash servicepersuasion The PARTIES have agreed that any fines against the BUYER in such a case shall not apply.
