Description:
Subject of procurement: The term of delivery of the Goods during 2023, but no later than December 31, 2023. The place of delivery of the Goods is the Zaporizhzhia Regional Anti-Cancer Center, a communal non-profit enterprise of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council. Actual delivery address: 69040, Zaporizhzhia region, Zaporozhye city,St. Kulturna, 177a with entry to the warehouse. The delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier's transport with strict provision of the proper conditions of compliance with special measures to avoid mechanical, chemical, thermal damage to the Goods and other conditions of proper transportation of the Goods. Delivery for dataAccording to the contract, it is carried out within 3 working days from the date specified in the written application of the Customer. The customer submits applications for the delivery of goods in a form convenient for him (by phone, fax, letter or e-mail according to the details specified in the Agreement). In case the Customer submits an application for an electronicaddress of the Supplier, the application is considered received by the Supplier from the date of sending it by the Customer to the Supplier's e-mail address specified in the Agreement.
