We draw your attention and additionally clarify that when filling in the section "Grounds for refusal to participate in the procurement procedure" the participant of the procurement procedure confirms the absence of grounds, by means of self -declaration of lack of such grounds in the electronic procurement system when submitting a tender proposal, and the winner of the procurement procedure within a period not exceeding four days from the date of publication in the electronic procurement system notification of intention to conclude a contract of procurement, must provide the customer by promulgating in the electronic procurement system of documents confirming the absence of the grounds specified in subparagraphs 3, 5, 6 and 12 of paragraph 47 of the features (detailed in Annex 2 and 4 to TD)., DK 021: 2015: 31210000-1 (electrical equipment protection of electric circuits), box connecting explosive KSV-3 or equivalent
