Description:
Because the Ukrainian Educational Platform conducts a tender to determine the regular supplier of branded products. The detailed terms are set out in the competitive ad and technical assignment for the request of the price offer. The tender is divided into 2 lots, the participants have the right to submit tender proposals for Any heading within one or both lots. The criterion for the evaluation of tender proposals is the weighted average price per unit of production, which is calculated on the basis of the price grid given by the participant and the projected distribution of volumes. The order reserves the right: not to consider when evaluating specific heading of the proposals of participants who do not contain prices for all provided volumes; to conclude separate contracts with different participants in relation to each heading individually, in accordance with the results of the evaluation Payments and fees, shipping costs and other expenses that the participant bears and can be incurred in connection with the duties of delivery of goods that are the subject of purchase. The price of the product can be changed no earlier than 180 days from the moment of signing the contract. Conditions and procedure for changing the price per unit of goods Provided by the tender documentation and project of the contract. For participation in the tender, participants must submit: completed tender offer, which includes information about the participant, price offer and specification (file with a price offer of the participant is additionally downloaded in Word or Excel); Documents, confirmation of consent with the terms of the draft contract and/or proposals for the draft contract; documents for confirmation of compliance with the qualification criterion - experience of fulfilling similar to the subject of procurement of contracts over the last two years.
