Procurement subject: Information on the technical, qualitative and other characteristics of the procurement subject is specified in Appendix 1 to the tender documentation "Technical specification". According to the conditions of this procurement procedure, a set of information in the form of filled electronic fields is considered tender documentationin the section "Tender documentation" and the attached text document "TD FUNERAL SERVICES", which contains all other information provided for in accordance with Art. 22 of the Law. Information on the lack of grounds for refusal to participate in the procurement procedure in accordance with Part 2 of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurementand" provided by the participant as part of the tender offer in accordance with the terms of the tender documentation. Taking into account the volume of financing of the customer's expenses, a tender offer whose price is higher than the expected value of the procurement item, determined by the customer in the announcement of the procurement, will not be accepted for considerationthese open auctions.
