Description:
Subject of purchase: Products (cans) must meet the expiration date. Products are delivered at the Customer's request to the Customer's address: p. Vyshnyaki, Lubensky district, st. Shevchenko, 100, warehouse. A quality certificate and a research protocol are provided for each batch of delivered goodson the content of nitrates and other harmful substances. The products delivered to the institution must not contain genetically modified organisms and must be safe for the wards to eat, it is forbidden to import substandard goods. Packaging and containers must ensure the quality of the goods during transportationtransportation and storage. The customer pays 100% of the value of the actually delivered goods by transferring funds according to the invoice to the supplier's current account within 30 calendar days after the representatives of the Parties sign the invoice and the act of acceptance control (ifthose) of the Goods, subject to the availability of appropriate financing. In case of delay in budget financing, payment is made within 5 banking days from the date of receipt of funds to the Customer's account. Unloading works in accordance with the contract and at the expense of the Supplier. Purchase until December 31, 2024in
