• Description:
• The Fine Market chain of stores announces a commercial tender for the purchase of car branding services. • The customer considers commercial offers only provided within the E-Tender platform. Suppliers who submit bids in any other way will be blacklisted for all future bids purchases. • The customer does not consider offers from counterparties of any form of ownership, which have final beneficiaries in the Russian Federation and Belarus. • Only VAT payers are considered, accordingly, the price of the tender offer is submitted with VAT. • Tenders are conducted at price. According to the price criterion, the customer determines the winner, based on the lowest price at the price of the tender offer. Taking into account the terms of payment. Preference is given to proposals with a delay.•Each of the participants will undergo an internal qualification selection of the Customer, which will directly influence the decision-making process.•Purchasing takes place in accordance with the Customer's standard contract.•The supplier is obliged to correct the defect free of charge. • In the case of providing quality services, the purchase contract will be transferred to long-term cooperation. • DDP delivery (at the expense of the supplier: RC Kropyvnytskyi, 37E Persha Vystavkova St. or addressed to the store with installation). • Suppliers who did not fill out RFI letter Appendix No. 2 - will not be considered when choosing the winner. • The customer reserves the right to cancel the purchase or make a decision without providing explanations or comments.
