The term is calculated from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Customer's warehouse and signing the invoice. The Goods are delivered in separate batches according to the Customer's request once a month. The volume of each batch is determined by the Customer depending on the actual need. The Party of the Goods under the Agreement is considered delivery of the Goods in the amount specified for each separate application of the Customer. The goods are delivered within one day from the date of submission of the Customer's oral or written application. The application is submitted by the storekeeper on the eve of the delivery day.
