- Purchase type: goods Classifier and its corresponding code: DK 021:2015: 31430000-9 — Electric batteries 5.1. The goods, which are the subject of this Agreement, are delivered within 30 days from the moment of signing this Agreement. 5.2. Together with the Goods, the Supplier must transfer to the Buyer the documents that belong to the transfer together with the Goods. Such documents include documents certifying the quality of the Goods (technical passport, quality certificate/passport, declaration of conformity, warranty document, authorization letter from the manufacturer, etc.). 5.3.
