In case of delivery of Goods of inadequate quality, the Buyer has the right refuse to accept and pay for such Goods. All costs related to the replacement of goods of inadequate quality (transportation costs, etc.) are borne by the Seller. The seller, during the warranty period/term of operation, is obliged within the 1st (one) month from on the date of the Buyer's request, replace or repair the equipment that has failed....
