- Subject of purchase: Boneless pork shoulder, chilled, DSTU 4590, 1 kg - chilled, pulp is not greasy, without extraneous odors, slime. Flesh without bones, in the form of large pieces. The surface of the meat is smooth, unweathered, the meat is cleaned of tendons and fat. The presence of cartilage and small braidspoints are not allowed. The texture of the meat should be springy and elastic. The color and smell are characteristic of good quality meat. A layer of fat no more than 20 mm thick. GMO-free. Prepackaged and packed in heat-sealable polyethylene bags. Boneless chicken breast, chilled, DSTU 3143, 1 kg - chilledoval-shaped skinless and boneless jenne. Re-frozen semi-finished products are not allowed for sale. GMO free. Prepackaged and packed in polyethylene bags that are heat-sealed. Products are delivered by motor vehicle in accordance with sanitary regulations. The volume of each delivery according toby the customer's attendance.
