(including). The beginning of the supply of electric energy to the Consumer is the date specified in Application for joining, which is Appendix 4 to this Agreement. The Consumer's payments under this Agreement are made to the Supplier's account specified in the Agreement. Payment of the cost of electricity under this Agreement is made on the basis of the Act signed by the Parties acceptance and transfer of the goods (electricity), within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods, the sample form of which is specified in Appendix 3 to this Agreement.
