Description:
Subject of procurement: Language(s) in which tender offers should be prepared: Language(s) in which tender offers should be prepared - Ukrainian. It is allowed to submit documents as part of the tender offer in a language other than Ukrainian with the obligatory provision of a translation of such documents todocuments in the Ukrainian language. The translation of documents must be certified by the organization that carried out the translation. Texts must be authentic, the text written in Ukrainian is decisive. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the translation. This requirement does not apply to proper namesand/or generally accepted definitions, terms, drawings, drawings, etc. According to the terms of this procurement procedure, tender documentation is considered a set of information in the form of filled electronic fields in the "Tender Documentation" section and the attached text document "Tender Documentationand "Appendices to the tender documentation", containing all other information provided for in accordance with Art. 22 of the Law; applied evaluation criteria - price (specific weight of the "Price" criterion - 100%).
