Description:
Subject of procurement: Delivery of the Goods in batches based on the Application for the supply of the Goods. The customer has the right to return defective goods to the supplier. The term of delivery of the Goods is within 5 working days from the moment of receipt of the application. The term of validity of the goods at the time of delivery to the Customer's warehouse must befresh at least 70% of what is indicated on the package. The delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier at its own expense (including loading and unloading operations). The goods must be delivered to the Customer in the manufacturer's packaging, which must not be deformed or damaged. Goods, receivedunpacked or in improper packaging, must be changed by the Supplier at its own expense within 3 working days from the date of delivery. The supplied goods must have the necessary certificates or declarations of conformity, registration certificates or certificates of registration, instructions for usein the Russian language, approved in accordance with the established procedure, accompanied by documents regarding the quantity, expiration dates, and the name of the manufacturer. Each product delivery must be accompanied by a document certifying the quality of the product. Acceptance and delivery of the Goods by quantity is carried out in accordance with the goods-sadministrative documents (expense invoices). The calculation is carried out by non-cash transfer of funds to the Supplier's account no later than 15 banking days according to the signed invoice if financing is available.
