- The main purpose of the project is to strengthen the efficiency of the organization in the process of creating a monitoring and evaluation system of projects, as well as monitoring and evaluating current projects. But as a result, strengthening the institutional capacity of the organization. The results of the training we plan that the training program will help to strengthen the knowledge of the team of the organization to monitor and evaluate the projects and related processes and indicators. In particular, understanding the main elements of the monitoring and evaluation system, understanding the peculiarities of the results of the project of different levels, the ability to choose and describe the performance indicators of the project.
