Description:
The All-Ukrainian Federation of Spas "within the framework of the program" Sectoral Support Initiative of Civil Society "announces an open tender for the provision of services for conducting comprehensive training-practitions on funds of fundraising and proactive management. Purpose of training: to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the Members of the Organization for Project Management, Fundraising and Grandrighting, which will contribute to organizational development. List and requirements for the provision of comprehensive training and mentoring services: conduct a 6-day study on funds of fundraising and proactive management and provide 30 hours of mentorial support (individual consulting participants) for project development (the term of the program: 2 months) ; Provide mentorial support for the development of 3 GO projects ready for submission to Donor Organizations. Provide a mentorial support for the development of a fundraising plan for the implementation of developed 3 projects of the organization. Prepare and conduct an incoming assessment of competencies of participants and an initial assessment on the basis of the curriculum.
