Description:
AGRU (Association of Public Councils of Ukraine) announces a tender for holding facilitated sessions aimed at strengthening the organizational capacity and strategic development of the organization. We are looking for an experienced facilitator or facilitators' team that will help solve two key issues: developing a membership program and building an effective management structure. These sessions should be the basis for the further development of the organization and increasing its effectiveness. Within this involvement, we develop two key documents: the Regulations on membership fees and the Regulations on the Executive Director. Offline Meeting (2 days) Purpose: Intensive work on key issues of organizational development Format: Field interaction with participants, group work. Online Facilitation (12 hours) Objective: Continuation of the topics started on an offline meeting format: online sessions using interactive online consultation tools (6 hours) Purpose: providing expert support and clarifying the developed provisions: individual or group online consultations
