Description:
The Public Union of Local Economic Development of Yavoriv Region announces a tender for holding a facilitation session and developing a strategic agency development plan for 2026-2028 and an operational plan for 2026. The service is provided within the framework of the project "Strong Civil Society of Ukraine - the Movement of Reforms and Democracy", which is implemented with the support of Isar of unity. The purpose of the session is to help the organization's team identify clear strategic and operational goals, developmental areas, mechanisms for implementation of changes and a system of evaluation of activity efficiency. Expected results: holding a 1-day facilitation session with the organization team. Creation of the document "Strategic Plan of Development of Amer Yavoriv Region for 2026-2028". Creation of the document "Operational Plan of Amer of Yavorivshchyna for 2026" Identify indicators for monitoring the implementation of strategic and operational plans. Integration of strategic and operational plans into the daily activities of the team. Format: Offline (with the involvement of the entire team in Lviv). Expected period of implementation: July-August 2025
