Description:
Selection of an independent audit company to carry out the verification of used funds received from donors for financial and economic activities in the part of procurement. The purpose is to check the efficiency of use of funds within a separate grant, namely in the part of the purchase. It is necessary to carry out: check the compliance with the recipient of grant funds and procurement rules; Checking the expenses incurred, contracts, primary documents, accounts. Selective approach: 50%; verification of compliance with the principle of efficiency and saving of resources in the project; Checking the indicators of the financial report on the project, compliance with accounting data and primary documents and compliance with the rules of transfer to currency. The audit will be provided: for the purchase - three grant agreements, contracts with suppliers, invoices for the supply of goods, documents confirming the conduct of the tender procedure, payment documents; For distribution - a package of documents from the recipient of assistance, the declaration for sending from the new mail (documents of the same type).
