Description:
NGO STEM IS FEM announces a tender for a strategic session and the development of a strategic plan for the development of the organization for 2026-2028. The service is provided within the project of a strong civil society of Ukraine - the driving of reforms and democracy, which is implemented with the support of Isar Unity.
The purpose of the session is to help the organization's team define clear strategic goals, developmental areas, mechanisms for implementation of changes and a system of evaluation of activity efficiency.
Expected results:
Conducting a 3-day facilitated strategic session with the organization team.
Creating a strategy Development of STEM IS FEM 2026-2028.
Determination of indicators for monitoring the implementation of the strategy.
Integration of the new strategy into the daily activities of the team.
Format: Offline or hybrid (with the involvement of the entire team in Kyiv).
Expected period of implementation: June-July 2025 the year
