- Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to take part in the tender for the selection of a company for construction and installation work on the restoration of composite panels of the facade visor at the NOVUS shopping mall 1040. Source data for construction and installation work in the supermarket Novus. General information about the object: NOVUS store Address of the object - Kyiv, V. Lobanovskyi Ave., 4D Location of the object - freestanding. Area of the facility: total - 18,105.84 square meters. Trading hall on the first and second floors. - 6595.92 sq.m. Special conditions: Access to the object is possible during the working day. Object-property The deadline for the execution of the BMR is 25 calendar days from the moment of acceptance of the handover of the construction site for the execution of works. The purpose of the BMR is to perform construction and installation work on the restoration of composite piles visor of the facade of the shopping center in accordance with: - project design; - this TK; - current DBN; - construction standards of the NOVUS company; - other valid normative legal acts and documents. Terms of participation in the tender for BMR. 1. The contractor has all necessary licenses, permits for BMR implementation: 1.1. License to perform work on objects not lower than II class of consequences. 1.2. Permit to carry out work with increased danger. 1.3. Permit to perform work at height; 2. Availability of resources for implementation works: 2.1. Mechanisms; 2.2. Qualified personnel; 3. Positive experience of performing BMR at similar objects (add a reference letter for these objects, indicating: name, location, area, list of performed works by sections, deadlines); 4. Timely provision of the estimate, in accordance with the requirements of NOVUS. The participant signs Appendix 1_Form of KP; 5. Number of years on the market.
