Subject of the procurement: Category of the customer - state authorities and local self-government bodies, specified in clause 1 of the first part of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", location of the Customer - Ukraine, 51931, Dnipropetrovsk region, Kam'ianske city, MOSKVORETSKA STREET, housesok 14, the language for preparing the Participant's proposals is Ukrainian. The customer made a decision to apply during the procurement the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on some issues of defense and public procurement of goods, works and services under martial law dated February 28, 2022 No. 169(with amendments) of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on some issues of defense and public procurement of goods, works and services under martial law dated 28.02.2022 No. 169 (with amendments), namely the implementation of public procurement using the simplified procurement procedure established by Lawonom of Ukraine "On public procurement". According to subparagraph 2 of paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 169, the lists and volumes of purchases of goods, works and services are determined by the decision of the customers/state customers making such purchases.
